The Village of Wauconda has approved the Morning Star Landings development to be completed in Two phases. The map provides a look at the completed project layout. Lots 1 and 2 are completed with our MODEL HOME/Residence on LOT 1. Lot 2 is a custom home under construction and will be completed by mid-summer 2020.  

The remainder of the property representing Phase 2 of Morning Star Landings is now shovel ready for construction of homes 3, 4, 5 and 6.
